Play guitar with friends into the early morning hours.
Enjoy the freedom I so unwittingly take for granted.
Cuddle friends that I havnt seen for a while.
Paint.
Do a photo shoot with a fellow creative and best friend.

Oh I am soo baaaad. Yesterday I bought 3 PAIRS OF SHOES.
On the way home from dropping my boy at the airport, I couldnt resist the urge to visit DFO in Homebush and Ikea. Got (more) great bargins and (more) funky swedish homewares.
You know its funny, wandering around such shops for hours and stopping to touch and admire anything and everything that catches my eye is many people's idea of torture. It is my idea of retail heaven on Earth.
Interestingly, whilst taking some photos of my new purchases, I discovered what abstract subjects shoes can be...or maybe Im just abnormally obsessed. Enjoy.

Saturday morning op shopping.
One of the many simple pleasures I just couldnt exist without.
Despite my boyfriends eager protests against bringing home more 'junk' (sacrilege!!), I found this beautiful blue sake jug with a pretty peacock design, and ever so 'vintage chic' heels.
Thank god for the Salvo's.
